We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.
Orders shipped require a signature for delivery, when checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel. If you know in advance that you will not be there to personally receive the package, we highly recommend that you make arrangements to have a friend or family member home to accept the package, or that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to make alternative arrangements.
If the product ordered is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card and ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@jewellerygarden.co.nz.
If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within this time frame we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Returns
Please choose carefully, we want you to be fully satisfied with the products you ordered but cannot offer a refund for items where the purchaser has changed their mind. In most cases we can offer an exchange code for the amount of the purchase less our cost of shipping the product to you. Please email returns@jewellerygarden.co.nz, we will need you to have your order confirmation email as proof of purchase handy in order to get an exchange or refund. We will send out the return address and instructions. The item MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt and must not have been used or damaged. You will need to arrange and pay the cost to courier the product back to us.
We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please email returns@jewellerygarden.co.nz, we will need you to have your order confirmation email as proof of purchase handy in order for us to collect and redeliver the correct item.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos and details to orders@jewellerygarden.co.nz and we will organise a replacement of the damaged product.
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as the courier company will need to inspect it.
